You have to remove the plastic screen cover on the screen ( I recommend heating it up and then using a spudger and pick to remove, it has thick/heavy adhesive holding it down). Each port has a small fuse link for the power side of the USB port to protect the system on the logic board. I think using the external USB hub will be the cheaper solution here. Chosen Solution I am replacing my screen/frame but I have a single screw that was inserted too tight by the machine during manufacturing. Also, the head was stripped, I can’t get it out and neither can phone repair stores. I tried electrical tape, glove, rubber band, and different size tools. Definitely at a stand still here, any help is appreciated ☺️ You can possibly cut the frame to open it up to access the screw and put a new mid frame on it....
