My sis forgot her pattern lock. So, I read up of there any ways to unlock it . So, I read ’turn off the phone. …" I thought Off means shutdown but it’s seems it not like that. So, How to reset it with shutdown phone?! T^T It’s Acatel phone btw
you will have to reset the phone probably which implies loosing all the data stored on the actual phone storage(not the sim or sd card although)just google hard reset + phone model……should be pretty simple to do it and if you are lucky to use same google account after,you might get some data back.
