Gps Not Working At All Motorola Moto G 2Nd Generation

I tried gps status, gps locker, cleared cache partition, reseted my whole phone and my gps is still unable to even FIND a gps satellite! I’m starting to think this is a hardware problem but I’m not sure. Please help me! I’m using a moto g2 android 4.4.4.

Same problem here, but I am using moto g2 android 5.0.1.
