I have sony z ultra from canada , its sim from bell company , i used all attempts to unlock it , with wrong unlock codes , so it frozen , the device it self working , but do not accept any other sim card , I need help , Thanks
I don’t think so there is any other way to unlock this phone,But try to contact your sony center that can help you with warranty.
Sorry dude but it’s locked forever and there’s no way to unlocked the fon. Once your counter reaches 0, there is no way you will ever unlock the fon even if you enter the correct code, it’s locked for life.
You’ll need to pay to get the unlock FREEZE CODE This is calculated from IMEI, should on’y cost a few $ If you still have access to settings the freeze code can be read from baseband by the repair shop (cheaper)
