Hi, I’ve had my S7 for about 2 years now, but recently I’ve been having the problem that my headset can’t be pushed all the way om like something is lodged inside the jack. However after trying to clean out dust and anything else it still wont work. I’ve tried pointing a fleshlight into the jack but without anything looking like it’s out og place.
@ghm if you’ve tried a different headphones with the same results then the issue is a failed audio jack connector on your phone. Use this guide Samsung Galaxy S7 Headphone Jack Replacement to replace it.
