Chosen Solution
I bought this computer a couple of years ago, I only use it for school work (mainly Microsoft Office stuff). It is a reliable device and I want to keep it as my school laptop, but it is getting increasingly slower to boot up and to switch between different programs. A friend suggested me to buy a better RAM memory, but I don’t know if this will solve the problem (and if it does I wouldn’t know how to change it). Thank you guys.
the ram and the processor. I would focus on the ram first as that is the cheapest way in the long run but if it is not helping you might want to look at a different processor. Making sure the computer is clear of viruses. It could potentially be the hard drive as well. Overall try the RAM, disk defragmentation, hard drive and worse come to worse, you would need to find a computer with a better processor
