Evey game my daughter has does the same thing. I went onto leapfrog connect and did the whole repair it took 8 hours. Did absolutely nothing. My question is have any of you had this happen if so did you get it fixed?
Try cleaning the cartridge contact point with Iso-propyl alcohol using earbuds/cotton. Said problem is caused due to dust particles getting stuck on contact points.
