How do I do a factory reset on a Zebra Technologies TC-51HC or TC510K without using settings? Its an Android based portable computer.

You have to download the Factory Reset package from Zebra, to a micro SD card. Then remove the battery, you will find a small panel hiding the SSD card slot, pull up on the removal tab. This is just held in place by a rubber gasket. Insert the micro SD in the slot, re install the battery. Press the “Push To Talk” button on the side(upper button), while Powering on the device. As soon as you feel the vibration from the device turning on, you can release the buttons. Wait for the device to boot, use the Volume control buttons to scroll up and down the menu. Select the downgrade from SD card, by pressing the power button. Scroll down and select the Factory Reset Package, press the power button to start. Once the operation is complete, remove the battery and the SD card, reinstall the cover, and the battery, power up and the device will be like new again.
