If you have have a Mac, you can use Coconut battery to yell you all about it. Manufacture date, cycles, battery manufacture date.
settings –> Cellular go all the way to the bottom lifetime will show total minutes used for phone calls. This cannot be reset
Perform a factory reset. Redownload all the apps you cannot open.
