How do I my tablet? The screen is black. It responds to touch. It shows the time and battery and back button. It makes noise when you click the back button, buy does not do anything. I have turn it off and on and rettied to reset it, but it does the same thing. What do I do?
Hi alliorloff I guess either the LCD display is having issues or in rare case, mainboard issues. take a picture of it and let us have a look.
