How do I use reset codes (and what are they you got ) to fix this sectioning of screen? I don’t have remote.
Hi @brooksie , Try disconnecting the power cord from the TV for about 5 minutes and then press and hold the TV’s Power button for 30 seconds and then release to ensure that all residual power has been fully drained from the TV. Reconnect the power cord to the TV, turn on the TV and check the display
