WHILE CHANGING MY INK CARTRIDGE, THE CLAMP BROKE-OFF, LEAVING JUST THE TOP AND THE SPRING. nOW NOT ONLY WILL IT NOT LOCK, IT WILL NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY. hOW CAN THE HOLDER BE REPLACED?
Instead of replacement as it will most likely require an entire disassembly of the printer, You can just use some tape to hold it down or re glue the broken piece back on
