the sound for directions no longer is working - help
What have you tried so far? I can suggest
- Rebooting the phone - Hold the power button and home button at the same time until you see an Apple logo and let go
- Make sure that you have your Silent switch turned on (Side of the phone, flicked up)
- In settings check to see if you have Ringer and Alerts changed with buttons turned “on”
