Chosen Solution
My HP 2021 stream fell and only comes on sometimes fully where i can use it, also when it comes on fully if the light goes off it wont come on back and sometimes it only starts to boot up then went blank and start blinking. What could be the problem?
Could be many things. Can you get into bios (Probably F10 since it is HP) to see if everything is showing up such as the ram and hard drive, even check the temps etc? If you are happy to, you could try opening it up and seeing if anything is loose such as cables. I’d also reseat the ram while you are in there as well.
