My phone was working fine until a week or so ago. Now I can’t receive calls. I can make calls, I can make and rcv text. When I call it, I get sent directly to voicemail. When I called TS they had me reconfigure the APN settings, no joy. They reset VM, then message was VM wasn’t setup. Then they disabled VM, now I get a fast busy. If I put the SIM into my wife’s phone, it works fine. It is running EMUI 8 and I can’t figure out how to get it to a higher Android version. I did a factory reset, same issue. So, it can’t be in airplane mode, there can’t be any blocks, it isn’t in DND = What is the problem? It is on the ATT network (GSMA).
