Chosen Solution I have a mid 2008 24" iMac with 2.8 MHz CPU and 4 GB of memory. The system didn’t boot this morning only going as far as the Apple logo the complete white screen. I had replaced the hard drive and tried to install 10.7. Once it gets to the reboot the machine gets to the same place, But now I have a curser. It doesn’t go any further....
Chosen Solution The guitar loses connection tot he console. I think the cable has a broken wire right at the guitar side but the cable is molded and cannot be repaired. Also the whammy bar is broken inside. The tab that attaches to the inside roller/spring mechanism busted off. Sounds like the cable is faulty. The same thing happens to my xbox wired controller from (i believe) years of wrapping it up....

Chosen Solution Will not charge anymore. Bought a new charge pack and didn’t make a difference. It will turn on but will not charge. Jbl boombox 1 I repaired a jbl speaker that had the same issue. With the charger connector being plugged in and out, over time the charge port solder connections had cracked and came away from the board. 2 minute solder job and it worked as it should again....

I was trying to set my laptop"s monitor display so my tv would stop saying “unsupported.” I accidentally hit only 2nd display so now my pc screen goes black when i plug in my hdmi cable and i cannot see it to fix it. How do I reset my display settings? Try restarting the laptop in safe mode. Also try powering down the laptop, removing the battery for a few min, reinstall it and power it back on....

Chosen Solution Computer works but screen is cracked, liquid and dead. Is there a way via firewire I can use external monitor?. Yeah, sort of. Except it will be via the mini display port. You might have to buy an adapter, depending on what ports your monitor has. But, once you get the screen connected you should show a picture. That picture will look like your desktop (unless you have a desktop that changes) and will either be with or without your desktop shortcuts....

Chosen Solution Transferring pics to iPad or PC? Can’t plug in the USB cord to the camera without the batteries and sd mini card coming out. Google mini card reader. USB device that will hold your sd card so you can plug it into your computers or tablets usb port for file transfers. And then recycle the camera! ;-) Find a mini-SD USB card reader to transfer. Or MacGyver it and come up with some solution to hold the card in....
