Pull the bag out and you should see a filter on the motor side. Some have a simple fiber filter cloth/foam and other have a HEPA rated filter. You may need to replace them. A clog in the hose is often the issue if you can pull the hose off and place your hand across the inlet pipe the suction should be about the same as the hose end if not then you’ve got a clog in the hose....

Check to see if the screw on that corner is loose or lost, tighten if loose but take care not to over tighten and potentially strip the plastic or metal thread, press the corner down so it clicks into place first....

Chosen Solution My HP 2021 stream fell and only comes on sometimes fully where i can use it, also when it comes on fully if the light goes off it wont come on back and sometimes it only starts to boot up then went blank and start blinking.
