Chosen Solution Okay, LG 55uh5530…. I replaced my LED’s and TV comes on nice and bright. But, there is a humming noise coming from PS. The weird part is that 10seconds after I turn the TV off it returns. The dang PS turns itself back on and hums real loud. The noise continues unless unplugged. And no led lights just the noise. @simbaisaboy this sounds like a power board issue. However, it is the mainboard that usually tells the power board when to turn on....

Chosen Solution It’s a refurbished iPhone, presumably there was a screen replacement (judging by paled colors compared to my iPhone 5s with an original display). The button worked fine at first until I dropped the phone (the hit came on the top edge, the screen haven’t been broken). After that Touch ID and the button functionality still works but now button reacts on any touch and doesn’t react to pressure difference....

Chosen Solution For a good while its been making these really really loud sqeals whenever the drum began spinning. Now, its gone back to being silent, but it isn’t drying clothes, and the drum still spins. What’s going on with it, and can I fix it? So obviously I wont be able to press “allow” to let the computer interface with the phone storage. What can I do? You could put the motherboard into another phone and extract the data and remove it. Chosen Solution I have an overheating problem and may need a new fan but I am told that I need to blow out the fan vents and may actually have to take out the fan and clean it to solve the problem rather than replace it. How do you do this? Get some compressed air from like an office store (or Walmart) in the electronics department and blow out the dust with the air if its still over heating see if there are strange sounds coming from the fans if so you probable have a bad fan bearing and if you hear nothing the fan may have died (make sure to be running something prossesor intensive such as “geek bench” or “fur mark” as many computers dont need the fans on when idling or doing non intensive tasks) and you can open it up and blow out the dust as well

Chosen Solution I just switched my cell phone service to Visible by Verizon, and upon doing so, “Real Time Text” has been enabled and comes up every time my daughter calls me, and I am not able to answer her call, only end the call or use text, as if I am hearing impared, but I am not. Chosen Solution The Mic in my FP sends only noise, so I can do calls onlöy with a headset. Reboot (incl. battery removal) did once help for an hour or so, but thern the problem started again. Another reboot did not help. So probably there is a loose contact or the mic itself is broken. Unfortunately the FP site does not offer a new mic and there is also no repair guide for this part....

Chosen Solution I tore the power/volume cable while replacing the screen. I purchased the new cable and finished disassembly. While trying to reassemble, I peeled the protective covering off of the cable beneath the volume and lock components. When I press them to the bracket, the buttons and switch (the last step/first step in reassembly) will not stick. They pop off when trying to stick the next one on. Is there another adhesive I can apply to get them to stick that will not damage the cable?...
