I successfully removed the chip, but accidentally nudged these two (what I think are) SMD capacitors off the board and lost them. Does anyone know what size or better yet where I can find these components? The motherboard model is an NVG-004. It was suggested I try taking components from a PS4 slim, but the slim model’s components are larger than these, and I have yet to get access to a junk PS4 pro board....

Chosen Solution Camera works fine, and zooms between 24mm and 35mm. Try zooming past that and I get a “System Error (Zoom)” message on the screen and have to turn it off and back on. First thing I’d do is remove the AC adapter the RAM modules and the battery, then hold down the power button of the computer for 15-20 seconds. Then plug in the AC adapter, one RAM module and the battery. After that try to power up the computer. Should this not work you may be looking at repalcing the processor....

All LED’s actually start out as blue and are being coated to create the white light. Sometimes these coatings fail and do come off. Age, heat etc. all play part of this. That potentially could leave a blue/purple light. We would need to see what your screen shows when it comes to these “purple spots”....
