In other words, what is the resolution of the touch screen? Thanks! The touch resolution is 1024 by 768, however the sensor array is much less dense, only about 40 by 30 (my own guess). Chosen Solution I have an Ipod Touch 4th Generation that cannot turn on whatsoever and is not sensed by my computer at all….I have already tried holding power and home buttons for 10 seconds and it is still not sensed. I have tried grounding the battery with no luck, not even a spark. The screen shows no signs of life and its basically a block of metal at this point. Chosen Solution Hi @shade_drezin The DC-In jack (charging port) is mounted directly onto the motherboard. Usually it has to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to disassemble an Asus R516-UX laptop. Hopefully it is of some help to you, to gain access to the motherboard so that you can determine if the DC-In jack is an SMD (surface mounted device) type component or a through hole type component....

Chosen Solution Some of the keys on my HP G71t-300 keyboard are stuck in place. How can this be resolved? First check to make sure there is no food or sticky substance stuck between the sticky keys. If so, pry off the key and clean accordingly. Otherwise, refer to this troubleshooting guide on this laptop in how to disassemble and replace the keyboard or keys. When upgrading to IOS 7 (.02, I think) my Iphone 4 got stuck in a restore loop, only giving me the option to restore back to Factory Settings, which I really don’t want to do. How can I verify if it is a simple misconnected cable or the device itself? Although I cannot relate the touchpad malfunction to a previous lab visit (on another issue) it might be a simple issue of not re-assembling a flat-cable or something....

Chosen Solution i recently had the battery unhooked from my 2007 ford escape and when i hooked it back up the cd player shows that there are no cd’s loaded but in fact there are 6 loaded and were loaded prior to unhooking the battery. how do i reset the cd player so that the cd player will recognize that they are there? Chosen Solution I want to change the rear battery panel because it’s got some using marks and looks really bad ybo.shooter check this video you need a heat gun as your main tool. Temperature on the back cover should be around 70deg C to loosen the adhesive. Not complicated just a bit tedious.

You have to place some pressure on the button for it to work since it is now sunk into the housing. What could I do to repair this since it it most likely something missing behind the metal bracket which holds the button housing in place inside the phone....
