Chosen Solution i can hear the caller but they cannot hear me your microphone may be bad or disconnected, i believe that ifixit has a guide for this. If the microphone is indeed bad, you’ll probably be better off buying a whole new dock assembly. Unless you possess mad soldering skillz, you’ll find it hard to get everything to go back the way it should. Seriously, sometimes it’s just AT&T’s network having issues, especially if you hangup and try again, and it works just fine....
Chosen Solution GPS going in and out. Replaced screen but didnt have any problems other than this. Have replaced several. It connects but wont hold a connection. Says signal lost after a few minutes no matter where you are. Gps updated, soft reset tried, location settings are all correct. Help? Open the back and tighten all of the exposed screws. Just a bit. Do not over tighten. I have no idea why this works....
Chosen Solution When I insert my hand free jack , then it is not inserted in phone completely. It sounds like there is something in the headphone jack, try looking inside it and clean it out. There could be some dirt/pocket lint building up in there. That could be causing the headphone jack to not fully insert.

Chosen Solution Hello, My daughters hover 1 kids hoverboard all of a sudden stopped taking a charge. I’ve checked the power cable and it seems to be working fine. I then plugged the power cable into the hoverboard, disconnected the battery and checked to see if any power was getting to the battery and it was only getting 0.07v. I noticed that some of the components on the motherboard are also not getting power but I’m not knowledgeable enough to know which components should read what with a multimeter....

Chosen Solution How to fix, was stepped on. No outside screen broken. Picture broken up. Corrects when tablet is bent straight. Picture looks like broke glass. Sounds like LCD damage. If a significant amount of weight is placed on a phone/tablet/TV/laptop screen the screen will “shatter” and look exactly like that. It’s time for a new screen. Remove carefully the metal piece over the speaker with your nail or a thin plastic spudge and carefully press it upp until it’s removed. Remove the 4 T6 screws on the speaker.
