Lwandile Thwala I believe what you are looking at is a broken screen. Samsung uses a screen that looks like running ink when they are broken. Test using an Ohmmeter with the power disconnected from the machine to see if you lose the short circuit from terminals 5 & 6 on the board when the switch is operated....

If you can see the gold plated pins on the rear of the phone, there is no cover on it, and it will not come apart any further. If you are not seeing those pins, you only have to pull the back off the phone. The covers are only held on by magnets....

Check your building wiring, often times poor grounding can allow EMI not to be dampened properly. Also check your breaker panels ground connection and the grounding rod or water pipe (metal) for good connections. You might want to get a good surge suppressor for your TV that might help too....
