Chosen Solution I am trying to fix the L and R buttons on my 3ds so I can use it as a good gaming system again. One problem I am having is that the screws on the bottom inside cover. Here is a example picture of the screws I mean. How would I get the 2 that are stuck lose without breaking the screws or my 3ds cover? Any tips or ideas will be much appreciated....

Chosen Solution my note5 was normally laying on top of the table with cables underneath it, when it was accidentally pressed on by a heavy hand, it cracked. upon checking on the front lcd screen, there was no evident crack whatsoever. but when photo time came, it has a picture but the image was hazy. on checking at the back camera for smudges or fingerprint, there it was, a cracked glass lens cover....

Chosen Solution I just completed iFixit’s Google Pixel 3 Battery Replacement guide. Upon powering my phone back on, I was greeted by the sight of beautiful green vertical lines. I was wondering where I might have messed up; do any of the steps shown in the aforementionned guide present a risk to the display if done by a poorly skilled technician such as myself? I ended up using some 99% isopropyl alcohol to loosen the pull tabs on the old battery....

Chosen Solution The letter p does not work on my keyboard but when I flip my iPhone horizontal it works.is there a way I could fix this? This would mean that spot on the screen is not working. Check the digitizer connection. If that doesn’t work, the display will need to be replaced.

Remove all the ribbon cables from the board. Remove all the screws from the board to get the board out. Chosen Solution So I’m assuming my IC chips have gone ballistic and so I’m trying to backup the phone for whenever I get a new one or go to get it repaired. I am unable to touch the screen therefore I cannot unlock the phone and trust the computer in order for it to be backed up through itunes. How, if possible, can I back up my phone? Do you have access to a second Mac system which you can connect between them via a Thunderbolt cable (USB-C to USB-C)? If not then it won’t have an IMEI number If so, try the following: With the SIM card inserted swipe down from the top of your device screen and then tap More > Wireless and networks > Mobile Network > sim information and you should be able to find its’ IMEI number
Chosen Solution Hello Trying to remove cover to my keyboard on a HP Pavilion 17? I’ve unscrewed multiple black locking screws. But have been unable to get the cover to come off. Did you pry to keyboard out? There are screws hidden underneath when trying to separate the casing. If you are trying to remove the keyboard itself, there should be 2 screws on the bottom in the center holding it in place....

Chosen Solution The keyboard seems to be part of the front of the laptop without any way to take front off. Took back off of laptop but looks like you need to remove all the hardware to get to the keyboard. Any ideas how to remove keyboard without tearing the whole laptop apart? unfortunately, no way. You not only have to disassemble ES1-711 all the way, but also break a litle plastic melted tops to remove the keyboard....
Chosen Solution I spilled juice on my keyboard a month or so ago, the keys are irremovable and it is a pain to type on, any suggestions? Generally speaking, the trick is to work from the top and use a longer nail or a tool like a spudger. I usually use my nails because I keep them a little long for situations like this, but if it was a client system (or something like my MSI where a nail doesn’t really work), I’d use a spudger....
