Chosen Solution I have a Late 2009, 27" iMac. It has been a solid machine and served me quite well over the years. Finally over the last year, I started having some issues with it. Most recently it is failing to boot up. It plays the chime, gets half-way through the progress bar, then glitches out to a white/gray screen. Chosen Solution GE GFE29HSDHSS refrigerator upper ice machine is not working and water does not dispense. Lower ice maker works fine, but freezer light does not come on. Checked freezer door switch and all is good there. Lights come on in refrigerator and when door switches are depressed they go off. Everything is cooling fine as desired. Tried the lock and light button for reset, as well as unplugged fridge to try and reset....
Chosen Solution After sitting the screen down fully the home button sticks. When i lift the glass up a fraction it doesnt stick but when i seat if flush it sits. Any ideas? I’ve found the metal frame under the home button to be causing the issue. Slightly bend the frame away from the home button and it should work properly I have the same issue…. frustrating! Seen this issue once before and I just took the plastic button off the original and fitted to the new glass being careful when lifting up the home flex and then worked 100%

Chosen Solution Every time I try to brake on my Razor I accidentally hit the wheelie bar and send my scooter flying out from under me. It’s becoming a real safety issue and makes it very inconvenient to use. I don’t even need to use the wheelie bar. Chosen Solution the phone was on fully good condition with only power button problem. after changing the power button i accidentally used a longer screw for that top right screw bracket. how can i put it back together without soldering it? It can only be fixed via micro-soldering there is no way around it as there are broken circuit traces at that long screw damage spot. Edit: Well as Minho said there aren’t any major circuit traces at that spot only for NFC so the phone should work fine....

Chosen Solution I have a Windows 10 which I’ve already activated on a Bootcamp partition in my MacBook. I want to move this partition to a new SSD for my new PC, which I just finished building. I don’t intend to move OSX to the new drive, just Windows. This way, I can use them inependently without having to purchase a new windows license. My hypothesis is that I can use a USB-C to SATAIII adapter(to attach the new SSD), and clone the drive once booted into my Windows partition, but I’m not certain this will work....

Chosen Solution I have a Samsung Note 5 whose battery I recently replaced. While reassembling the phone I noticed that the edges of the gold decal were peeling away from the front panel. Pushing the edges back onto the glass didn’t work. Whatever it was that made it stick to the glass in the past is not working anymore. A photo of the phone before I replaced the battery.
