Chosen Solution Hi there. I am Wika, from Bali. My iMac (i7 3.4 GHz model) just had the VGA issue. The problem started with the laggy and skipped mouse cursor. Additionally, the display was sometimes flickering. I though it was due to the HDD (or the RAM compatibility) as it was quite old machine. Then, I replaced the HDD with an SSD. It did work smoothly for a couple day until the flickers appeared on a regular basis and the booting was stuck....

Not sure if it is quite the same build, but at a glance they appear to be similar. Chosen Solution I was going to disassemblee the Nintendo Ds Lite. Unfortunately, one of the screws on the back cover is stuck. I also tried to use a particular product used for the stucking screws but nothing happens. Can you please help me? EDIT: the screw is located here @twiggy7 sometimes it is just a matter of using a different screwdriver. Something with some sharp hardened edges is usually best. Apply plenty of downward pressure when trying to loosen the screw otherwise it’ll chew up the screwhead....

Chosen Solution I’ve transferred all my data and documents to the new computer and yesterday I had to make a security change (apple, preferences, security) so that I could get both thunderbolt ports working as they were not being recognized. I followed the advice online, shut the computer down using shift, control, option and power at the same time, and now all I get is a loading bar on the screen....

Jay @physical since you have sound and can see shadows/silhouettes (in a darkened room shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen to verify this) the error appears to be a backlight issue. This could be a power board problem as well as a bad backlight array (backlight strips inside your panel assembly)....

Sometimes the touchscreen has a slight amount of lag due to an overload on the system, much like people who need sleep after a long day. Before just replacing the screen, try doing a hard restart by holding down the power button for 10 - 20 seconds or until an HP logo pops up....

Chosen Solution The hold button appears to be broken in the locked position. The switch moves but does not unlock the ipod. Well…. A couple of reasons why this may happen: the little nubs on the hold switch are broken off. It is housed on the front panel.the hold switch itself is broken off. It is housed on the logic board. Either way, it seems like you need to open up your iPod, unfortunately....
